This isn't a complicated question notwithstanding everyone here trying to make it one.

You guys need to decide how decisions are made. You can have a manager, a managing member, make it 51%, make it 66%, etc. There are a dozen different ways to resolve differences, but if you don't set it out in writing, these types of issues will persist until you face a major problem that deadlocks the company. Nobody wants to invest the time upfront to think about structure/governing documents, and then they pay more later when someone has to swoop in and clean up the mess.

This is obviously not a huge problem now for you guys, but you can see how this can be a problem when it comes to money, bills, profit distributions, product development, etc.
