Business Database Software to Track Clients

I'm looking for database software for a medium sized (20 employees) business. We are growing extremely rapidly and will need something to grow in to. We are mostly looking for software solutions (besides quickbooks) that can track create invoices, track customer information, and create work orders for multiple user account on a server. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
