The facts speak for themselves. Let the chips fall where they may. What do people accomplish by lying to themselves? I ask, but of course I know. The need to identify with a party a country etc, it's all about hating oneslef, not knowing it because of the pain, and identifying with some substitute to achieve vicarious glory. Thats why I get the hate when I poke there. 😀 It's just more evidence that I'm right. People don't just have buttons for no reason.

Starting back in 1840, every president elected in a year ending with the number 0 died in office. The exception was Reagan, who was elected in 1980. He was shot, but lived, and is said to have broken the curse.

since its a presidential election i think it would have to be a federal run off, not just state by state. i don't think thats a good solution though. it gives people who didn't vote but were disatisfied with the original outcome much power. if they'd wanted to affect the outcome they should have voted in the first place.
