Iraq handed over thousands of dosiers right before the war..... This is when Bush and Co. started creating false intel and trying to scare Senators with Iraq's drone planes and bioweapons... and Blair said that Iraq could attack Britain within 30 minutes....
There really wasn't a bluff... The cowboy chose not to believe Saddam and decided to MURDER 8000+ Iraqi Civilians - injure 9000 Americans, let another 500+ soldiers die in the sand and steal $100,000,000,000 from America
This war benefitted Israel tremendously..
Perle, Wolfowitz, and Feith are all Jewish and have significant ties to Israel.

What benift was the war to Israel, other than removing one of the enemies that was supporting the Palestinian militants?
Saddam was turning over documents at the last minute, however, some holes existed. It was interesting how more documents were produced every time the reterict was cranked up. He was playing for time and hoping that the international pressure to favor him.
Why the shell game with the inspectors over the past 10 years?

Son, war is not a card game nor is it a sport. People die, and some live that wish they have not. Before one commits to a shooting war, the aggressor needs to be correct in the action taken. There is no second chance or recall. When the bullets start to fly, the ultimate outcome is always uncertain, even if military victory is assured. In both World Wars, we have been able to hold our collective heads high and say the reasons we fought were clear before and after. No spin was needed in either. That was not true in VN, and not so now. We justify after the fact because the stated primary premise was flawed. That ought not to be needed. We went to war on a guess, and a bad one at that.

removed the support payments to militants and reopen the oil pipeline that flows from Iraq to Haifa Israel... This pipeline would reduce Israels energy costs by 25%
Sunday April 20, 2003
Plans to build a pipeline Iraq to Israel are being discussed between Washington, Tel Aviv and potential future government figures in Baghdad.
The plan envisages the reconstruction of an old pipeline, inactive since the end of the British mandate in Palestine in 1948, when the flow from Iraq's northern oilfields to Palestine was re-directed to Syria.

Blair never sad any such thing. Are you a liar or just wrong?
However, it DOESN'T happen when you choose NOT to go to war. See, there's a difference between choosing to attack in a pre-emptive manner and defending yourself. Those people weren't simply going to die on their own, they first had to be bombed by the U.S. after Bush decided to start a war.Originally posted by: Genesys
ummm, i believe that saying that Bush murdered 8000+ Iraqi Civilians is a bit misleading. Bush did not target these civilians, they were [are] whats called collateral damage. It happens.
There's some pretty big holes in your recollection, aren't there?not only that, but I fail to remember when Bush or Blair said anything about Iraq having drone planes.

Bush offered many other notable quotes that evening:From CBS: Text of Bush's 10/7/2002 Speech

Iraq possesses ballistic missiles with a likely range of hundreds of miles -- far enough to strike Saudi Arabia, Israel, Turkey, and other nations -- in a region where more than 135,000 American civilians and service members live and work. We have also discovered through intelligence that Iraq has a growing fleet of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles that could be used to disperse chemical or biological weapons across broad areas. We are concerned that Iraq is exploring ways of using UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) for missions targeting the United States. And of course, sophisticated delivery systems are not required for a chemical or biological attack -- all that might be required are a small container and one terrorist or Iraqi intelligence operative to deliver it.
