I support President Bush 100%. Not because I think he is a good president, or he deserved to be president, but for the fact that he IS the President. No matter how you look at it, he is the President of the greatest country in the world and no matter who is in office, there will always be people who does not think he deserves to be there or believes he is doing a lowsy job. The only person anyone can blame for the economy going as low as it has is Osama Bin Laden. Not North Korea, Not Bush, or even Saddam Hussein. Yes the economy was down before Sept.11 2001 but The Government had a plan in place to start reviving it, then Sept. 11 came along and changed the entire outlook on the future.

Noone can change the future...........

However, BUSH is the one who decides whether to go to war or not. He is the one to send in the troops which could result in enormous loss of life. Do other leaders have such a decision to make? No, they participate but do not have the ultimate decision to make. I am happy he was able to speak as well as he did! We need to be more supportive!

With all of the serious subjects to discuss you are worried about the phrase "legs of responsibility". I understand what is meant by it and I believe that everyone else does too. Now if you want to attack the President of another country on something why don't you find something worth discussing.

I thought it was interesting how all the language was toned - why is it that given a war is almost inevitable, everyone's talking about a war, and you can't pick up a newspaper/turn on the tv without hearing the word war - why don't the politicians come out and use the word "war" more often. There was a distinct "avoid mentioning the word war" mentality. You really have to push to hear them say it.

I wish they'd say what they mean!

(However, the word "peace" was uttered about a 1,000 times!)
