Actually, the Bush family came from Massachusetts... little known fact. Heck, I used to live in Midland, TX, where George "Dubbya" grew up.

Yup, he pretty much grew up in the northeast. But he'll never admit that. He went to a Phillips Academy in Mass. and then went to Yale in CT. If elementary/high school and college isn't the major portion of growing up, I don't know what is.

I've even heard he just uses a fake Texas accent and reverts back when he's with his CT buddies.
