PINELLAS county, which is having a second recount because Gore came out on top by 400 in the 1st recount, still hasn't reported their numbers yet. By this margin, Gore would overtake Bush at the end.

Go to CNN.Com and you will see the 403 count does not include : Alachua, Bay, DeSoto, Hardee, Holmes, Manatee, Martin, Orange, Pinellas, Polk, Seminole .
The Pinellis re count(which was done 3 times) puts Gore over the top.


Now the Republicans are asking for re counts in three states.

Pinellas is not in the list at cnn.com from what I can see:

"COUNTIES PENDING: Alachua, Bay, DeSoto, Hardee, Holmes, Manatee, Orange, Polk, Seminole"

and it shows Bush ahead by 403 votes
