well for once the pretzel thing seems bit far fetched. I mean who passes out from choking on a pretzel. Plus supposedly hes was sitting on a char and im positive the fall wouldnt hurt him so much.

Supposedly when he choked he fell on the floor. The impact dislodged the pretzel.
 
They said it was a pretzel stimulating the Vagus Nerve in his throat, it's entirely possible. It could happen if were taking a crap on the toilet. Now you know that crapping can be dangerous.
