"He lied. They died." OMFG.... I have one sentence to shut you up. "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." That was a DIRECT lie to the face of every American! Presidents lie! They can only go on what their intelligence tells them... What do you want Bush to do? Walk over to Saddam and ask him if he has biological weapons?

Grrr.... those videos piss me off so much.

Oh well, it doesn't affect me any.

That's right millions and millions have been created and highest paid jobs ever, such lies.

This is false, idiot. Bring some facts. The 3.3 million jobs # is a fact. John Snow, the treasury secretary, has given the most optomistic numbers for job creation by the end of 2004 at 2 million. This has not occured, but rather is the rosy PR. Subtract 2 million jobs created by 3.3 million jobs lost and you get 1.3 million jobs lost. No president since Hoover has completed a term with a net loss in employment. Guess who were the last two president's who failed to respond to economic stagnation with direct stimuli through government spending? Bush and Hoover (Reagan was ideologically opposed to it, but enacted a midcourse correction in his first term that was surprisingly keynesian).

edit: grammar

Hahaaa, the Videos are hosted by the same one that made the Bush-Hitler Ads, MoveOn.org

You do understand why, don't you? Moveon.org started a contest to pick a flagship TELEVISION ad against bush. Over 1500 ads were submitted, of which the hitler ad was one. After weeding out only videos with obsenities they put up a ton of ads and allowed moveon.org users to vote on their favorites. The 15 leading ads were picked as finalists and now will be judged by celebrity liberals, including the academy award winner Michael Moore. The winner will recieve alot of television time come next fall. So, again, get your facts straight.

So? Every 1500 threads in this forum, someone calls Bush a Nazi. It's the law of statistics. :)

Actually, one of these threads was a REPOST. So ONE hitler ad slipped through. But again, they weren't even sponsored ads, just contestants hosted by Moveon.org that were voted on by members. 15 finalists were chosen, and the rest of contestants were discarded because they aren't worth the bandwidth.

Actually THIS thread was moved from OT to here and is a tad different from the other one. This one is only about the "challenged"...uhh I mean "challenge".:D The other one was about the reaction due to the TWO hitler ads. Read the other thread and educate yourself before trying to assert things that aren't true.:) Yes - this ad contest was sponsored by MoveOn - and it is MoveOn's responsiblity to filter those that may be in bad taste. MoveOn has since said that the TWO Hitler ads were in bad taste and shouldn't have seen the light of day and they claim they "slipped through".

Actually, YOU should get facts straight. The only place that mentions two ads is the other thread. The link provided only mentions one ad. I have only been able to find ONE ad, which is only hosted by the RNC in order to fan a pseudo scandal. Here is a little quote from the original link provided in the other thread.
The ad has since been removed from the website.

Now, if you are rational you would believe that they are only talking about ONE ad. So again, try to find the facts instead of believing your right wing nut cronies.

p.s. I read alot about this little rnc manipulated dustup before reading that thread. So I was educated about the issue before reading the always questionable "facts" that are posted in this forum.

Well, you might try actually READING the other thread. I clearly posted links to BOTH ads.

Oh, and BTW - I too read about BOTH of these ads before the issue was posted here. I was waiting for some poor soul to post it and run off at the mouth. Well, dave kept pretty tight lipped inthe other thread but you seem to have quite the little opinion on this.

One of us is right and one is wrong. The sure money bet would be to bet on the "rational" one.:D

The "Polygraph" ad is a hoot. I'd pick it number one with "Hood Robbin" second.

This stuff is powerful, and you don't need a lot of money to get your message out there with the proliferation of computers. The internet may be Bush's undoing. Al Gore would be pleased.... :)

What Are We Teaching Our Children is the clear winner with Imagine a very close second.

Although they may seem powerful they are still lies and anyone with a brain and the ability to think for themselves will see these ads for what they really are, a desperate plea from a party that has lost their identity.

Let's see, we've got a Republican President who spends like a drunken sailor and it's the Democrats who've lost their identity?

Ok.

But, I guess we'll see this coming Presidential election-assuming we have an election and not a mere directive from the Supremes.

I love the first one with the kids working to pay off the debt.

Unfortunately its not the biggest gripe with gw so it probably won't be ranked first.
