EDIT: PS - are there any simple online programs that will slow down audio without like...making it deeper? I want to see what I sound like slowed down.
 
Well I know there are programs that you can use to slow down songs without changing the pitch. I used a Winamp plugin to do the same thing when I was learning a difficult song a while back. I'll see if I can find it.

Edit: Here's one. I dunno if it's the same one I used or not, but it should do the trick.
 
Every pro (and I'm sure many amateur) audio editing apps can easily do this in mere seconds. As long as you don't stretch it too much, the audio will sound more than adequate. Then just slip it into your favorite video editing program, stretch the video length, and resync the audio.
