I dont know how many big trucks, hummers and heavy equipment the LA guard has, but I am not the on claiming the LA guard only has a few dozen hummers and trucks.

Hopefully Bush will catch more hell then just get rid of Brown. He is the one responsible for overhauling FEMA to make it work "better".

Sure having some equipment gone would be a concern, but it still no where states that all was gone.

Bush didn't do that without congress's approval. They share equal responsibility.
