Blair really wants to move forward on this, but Bush will be reined in buy the neo-cons and evangelists who are extremely pro Israeli. Where would the new Palestine be anyway ? Israel has for over 30 years ignored, mainly with the help of the US veto, heaven knows how many UN resolutions to vacate the occupied territories. Don't hold your breath for a Palestinian state.

Could move the Palestinians to Iraq, we are cleansing the Country to make room for them.

Israel takes steps with new Palestinian leadership to create Palestinian state. Saudi Arabia recognizes Israel's right to exist, like Egypt and Jordan. Israel pulls out of the Golan, and Syria pulls out of Lebanon.
