Bus driver crashes while texting..(w/vid)

How timely (yeah, a repost, but whatever) - Erie City Council recently banned handheld cellphone use while driving.
However, "We're told that it will be treated as a secondary offense, which means that police will only pull the driver over if they are committing another violation."

It's ok, you don't really need to keep your attention on the road. Conditions change pretty slowly, so you've got at least 5-10 seconds to react, and even then, the consequences are quite minimal. At worst, you might experience a slight increase in heart rate or mild anxiety.



My god people are stupid. Talk on a cellphone? Fine. There's no ban against talking to passengers, and if you've got a hands-free cellphone, it's not much different than that.

Texting? You've just drifted off the road and into Stupid Country.
 
Wow owned. I'm sure he must of felt stupid lol.

As a side topic, I usually don't have issues with break.com, but I do with liveleak.com, my whole browser just freezes. Anyone else have this issue?

This. I'll talk on my cell phone without giving it a second thought, and I'll even read e-mail or text messages if I'm at stoplights. But texting? While driving? There's no fucking way in hell D:
