burning .wma's with Nero?

I'm using Nero 5.8 and I am trying to burn a cd of .wma's I ripped with Media player. Is this possible? Every time I go to burn I get some kind of error that says it can't read the source file.

Thanks for your help!

For what it's worth, I get around the problem by converting wma's to mp3's using Audio Conversion Wizard. You can download a copy here.

Nero sort of sucks. I liked Easy CD Creator 5 but it too started glitching so I downgraded to 4 and it's probably the best out there.

I like Nero more than easy CD creator because its a lot more simple to use to make things like audio cd's. I never found I could drag mp3s to the window and it automatically converted them, but maybe I had a different version. I think Nero (v 5.5 for me) is very good and easy to use.

I think you have it backwords; Easy CD creator sucks and it is very slow. The only thing it has going for it is the interface which is good for novice users. Nero is much more robust and much faster at buring than ECD creator. It's a no-contest. That is why almost all the CD testing sites use Nero.

That is going to totally ruin the sound of the files. You lose even more data by converting wma to mp3.
