hows he a terrorist?

He is a Pakistani who was cheering the destruction of the 9/11 attacks-that picture was inthe news immediately after the attacks

Can you point out where he participated in an act of terror?

He cheered a damned act of terror that killed 3000+ human beings... Sympathize and Cheer terrorists - one step away from being a terrorist in my opinion.

I know several people on this forum cheers acts of the KKK, a terrorist organization.

I'm wondering about that also. Do you have specific people in mind or is this just an widespread attack?

Why are you two so inquisitive ?

No reason to be alarmed .. unless you have those hoods hiding under your beds

Damn, you don't have to show how ignorant you are. I am curious as to who on this board that he thought was that racist. You insinuation only makes you look like a fool and a jackass.

I don't have a hood under my bed, but I am curious who you guys are implying that celebrate KKK acts of terror. And which acts would that include?

I have no idea who he's thinking of, either, and don't really care (heck, everybody on ATOT seems to hate some group or other, so it's not unusual, though it's not right).

A random rambling on the KKK and hate crimes... They're a group of people united by a common hate - that which is against non-white people. They commit crime against non-whites (primarily those with dark skin and of African descent), sometimes even murder. They should be punished for these crimes, as others should be punished for the same crimes (I'd say give capital punishment for murder if I felt like starting a huge debate between the liberals and conservatives), because what they're doing is very wrong. However, to call a KKK-prompted murder a "hate crime" is not logical, because most (all?) murder is motivated by hate. The problem with calling things hate crimes is that it allows judges the discrimination to decide what the criminal was thinking at the time of the crime, and to assign a higher punishment if he divines what said criminal was thinking to be something that would make the crime to be considered a "hate crime."

Ok, sorry about that OT rambling. I'll shut up now.

Looks photoshopped, either that or the US flag now has 27 stars.
Either that, or the flag that they made of discarded bedsheets has 27 stars.
Either that or they wrapped that portion of the flag around the stick they are holding it with.

Isn't punishment for crimes supposed to act as a deterrent? I believe the reasoning is that hate crimes require more deterration than aggravated murder. All crimes are not committed with hate. That is just plain wrong. Serial killers don't hate their victims, and the crackhead poppin' you for your money isn't doing it out of hate.

Y'know, first-degree burns are really, really horrible and painful.

But, for some odd reason, I just don't feel sorry for that guy.
