For all of you wannabe home and landscape designers, Broderbund software is selling it's "3D Home Architect® Design Suite Deluxe 6" right now for $69.99. Go to THIS LINK!
Add it to your cart and then input the following THREE codes, one at a time:

Nice price, liked the older version so maybe an upgrade is in the offing...

rebate details call for original form, will printed copy work?

The rebate form (actually a sticker on package?) says no copies of the rebate from allowed? Think this will really fly?

Oh, and one word of caution......a friend of mine found out the hard way.......no designs done in Version 4 or earlier are importable into version 5 or this Version 6.

COMPUSSR also has the same rebate from posted at their website.

I don't see how they can deny the rebate since it is on the major retail sites. But it "might" happen. Hell - rebates are arisk in and of themselves. So, I guess we might say it is YMMV.

Guess we won't know unless we try it. I ordered and will try the rebate. Even if it gets rejected, $29 is a great price for the software.

Got it, thanks. Mine was $32.60 with tax. But you are not supposed to post the codes here, they might lock your post.

I opted to download the Home Designer only and got it for decent price. The first two codes worked.

Anyone apply for the rebate and find a way around the lack of the UPC? I got my software yesterday, started to submit the rebate, but it is shipped in a plain box and there is no UPC, and the rebate requires the UPC. Please let me know if you found a way around this.

But it seems like quite a program, worth $30 if a custom house is in your near future.

I sent an email to their customer service. Their response was that they aren't offering any rebates on retail products.

I responded with "WTF".
