I would like to know, if there is a "normalizer", which makes each song same loud.

Thanx

Nero does it. Right click on the song you want and go to properties. Choose filters and it's right there.

Most of mp3 converting programs let you normalize in the process of encoding from wav. to mp3.

If you have a mp3 you can convert it to wav, and convert back to mp3 with normalization.

I did not see a program that takes mp3, and convert it to normalized mp3, but I will not be surprise if it existing somewhere.

I Adaptec boundles a program called CD Spin Juggler that has an option to de-hiss/pop, normalize, and do some other stuff to mp3s while burning. I have only used it once, but it turned out nice.
