I am trying to burn a cd image with nero and everytime i load it up it says its too big for my cd. I know its not because i actually looked at the size of the bin cue file and its only 650mb. I load it up and it gives some insanely high size of the bin file and says i can't burn it on it.

hmmm, guess that should work - try going into the Recorder Menu -->Burn Image and see if that makes a difference. Do you have an 800MB CD you could try just in case?

I'll guess we might need to know what the image is for reference, PM me if you want. Can you download it again?

Have you tried setting the burn mode to MODE2 instead of the default mode1 when burning the .bin as an image?

Your original post mentions a .cue file......can you post it to show us what the .cue says (its only two or three lines).

What does Isobuster say about the .bin?

Have you mounted the .bin (not the cue) in Daemon Tools or similar?
