Burning a CD (with video files) for use on a Mac

My neighbor has a Mac and dialup

I have downloaded a bunch of movie trailers (for Mac) and want to burn them onto a CD for him.

Is there anyway to burn a CD from a PC for use on a Mac?

In Nero it says it can, but one must have a HDD partition that was created and formated in a Mac first....so that option is a no go.

I thought Mac's could read PC data just fine. It was the reverse that was difficult.
