tip2 : When cleaning the foreman, if you have some really hard to remove crust stuff, wet 3-4 paper towels throughoughly, place them in a heated forman, close. In about 3 mins the crustiest stuff will be easy to wipe off. Try cleaning it when the plates are still hot witha a sponge or paper towel.

BEST TIP EVAR!! Used that method after lunch today. Cut my cleaning time in half!!! I owe you a

Just don't go by the cooking time guide. Burgers on a Foreman grill only need 2-3 minutes.

Get a good cast iron skillet and learn to use it. Infinitely better results.
One does not "char" meat intentionally. "Char" = "Burnt". If I want to eat charcoal, I'll start munching on handfulls out of my bag of Kingsford.

Just thought of this, those of you complaining about dry meat, what sort of ground beef do you get? I never make burgers with any meat containing less than 20% fat. If you're using that 9% fat ground beef, then of course it's going to be dried out and tasteless.

Done on a real grill, burgers are better. There's not much difference on a Foreman grill. Gets the job done. I remember we had a Foreman grill in the seniour lounge in high school, and cooked a ton of burgers for lunch. The school hallway smelt like burgers for a week. Delicious.

Don't salt the meat prior to cooking. So Worcestershire is out. Add it after cooking if you must.
