Looks like BK just went public. I wonder how long it'll take for them to go bankrupt and get bought out by McD.

i wonder how they are the #2 burger chain... their food quality as of late has been dropping off. i actually prefer mcd's to bk now. (of course out of the big 3, wendy's owns them both)

I was pleasantly surprised a couple of weekends ago when I had Hardee's for the first time in years. They've got some awesome burgers now.

Hardee's/Carl's Jr. has the best fast food now - you do have to pay for it, though.

crappy burger does not equate to crappy stock. they have a lot of potential to expand in europe and asia.

Yep....they really don't have a lot of value, but my fiance loves BK over mcds. I kind of agree....mcds around here suck really bad. There are only like 2 bks left and about 4 of them have gone under due to direct location competition. Just goes to show that people usually eat there when there isn't much other choice. Who knows, maybe if they're publicly traded the management team will have to answer to shareholders and get their act together (or get replaced)
