I simply found Bungie.net's stats to be amazing, it keeps track of ALOT of things.
It keeps a listing of games, and the individual stats of everyone playing (click the link on the left, under Game, for more detail). You can see how many shots were fired, accuracy, who killed you the most, who you killed the most, etc etc. There are also ranked games, and you actually "level up", and play others with similar levels.
Also, ifyou have a passport.net account, you can check out what they call the Gameviewer, it looks like this. It keeps track of who killed who, where, with what weapon.
I must say, Bungie really did a great job with the stats.
PS: I hate Team Games... I'm "11th", when I have like the 3rd highest kills in the game. My team blows, so everyone gets dropped down. It really makes me look bad :|.
