Shame you can't tell who made the products. If Microsoft brand, the mice and keyboards could be exchanged under warranty, per another thread here.

Isn't "dead refurb" kind of an oxymoron? If it were refurbed, wouldn't it still work? And if it were dead, wouldn't it not be refurbed?
 
Wow, they have 99+ dead sound cards. I added it to my cart and updated quantity to 99 and it accepted it. I checked several of the other dead parts and they accepted 99 quantity also.

Why in the world would they buy (assumption) a large number of dead sound cards and then think they could sell them for $6 + $6 shipping. Total of $12 for a dead sound card? I think they have lost their minds! 😕
