Umm, wtf is this wizard thing you guys keep talking about? I see no wizard using FF 1.0.6.

Ok, I opened it with Maxthon.. the wizard is pretty lame.

See, now that's not true. You can make power by fooling the computer into thinking something. you could make power you could feel in S-10's back in the 80's by using a resister instead of the air temp sensor. It would fool the enigne into thinking it was in the low 50's and give the enigne more fuel. More fuel (up to a point) means more power.

I have no idea on this one though. And generally, I prefer to reprogram a computer not fool it.

I do.. doesn't show up in my Firefox tho. It does appear in Maxthon (IE based).

if I were to get this, would that hurt the engine or wear it out in any way? I mean it's pretty old, got 132k miles. Also, would this new chip eat more fuel than the ECU that's currently in my car?

I seriously hope that you aren't considering falling for this scam.
All it is is a resistor in a little plastic box, you can buy one at an electronics store for $.05
And yes it would cause your car to burn more fuel.
