+35 hp or not?

up to 35hp...usually around 5.

LOL, usually around .05

See, now that's not true. You can make power by fooling the computer into thinking something. you could make power you could feel in S-10's back in the 80's by using a resister instead of the air temp sensor. It would fool the enigne into thinking it was in the low 50's and give the enigne more fuel. More fuel (up to a point) means more power.

I have no idea on this one though. And generally, I prefer to reprogram a computer not fool it.

You need to have MS Office installed.

I do.. doesn't show up in my Firefox tho. It does appear in Maxthon (IE based).

if I were to get this, would that hurt the engine or wear it out in any way? I mean it's pretty old, got 132k miles. Also, would this new chip eat more fuel than the ECU that's currently in my car?

Wow, yet another reason to use Firefox/Mozilla. Never seen anything like that before.

Why does IE allow this wizard to stay on top of the screen above all other windows even with IE minimized?

I seriously hope that you aren't considering falling for this scam.
All it is is a resistor in a little plastic box, you can buy one at an electronics store for $.05
And yes it would cause your car to burn more fuel.
