Are you guys measuring right, or am I measuring wrong.. the thinnest part of the waist happens to be at the horizontal crease between my abs, but even over the abs that'd come out to 27.. I realize that if your abs were a little higher/lower, then the crease would change places, so maybe that's the issue here.

Ok, guys, you can't generalize all asians by one person, that being only yourself. LOL

I'm 5'7 137lbs 36, 26, 34,, around shoulders is 46" ..

My big friend Ming (not healthy), also asian is 6'1" 43, 60+, 50+, probably 60+ around shoulders.

The Vietnamese (asian) friend is 5'3" 28, 26, 31 around shoulders 35

Pretty scattered...

I know this cuz we were all bored at a study session and measured ourselves as an excuse to measure the girls at the same time. ():),, one was fingers crossed when I drew the headphone wires around her waist, then we referenced that to a retractable tape measure

WTF are you smoking?

I have 44 shoulders... maybe. I'm a fairly big Asian guy. You do not have 46 shoulders (you are talking about suit jacket size rightttt?).

I haven't measured actually. But the pants that fit me best are 32". 30" is definitely too tight and is uncomfortable. I'd struggle to get the button closed. So you actually wear pants that has a 26" waist? You'd have to get junior sized pants just to get those.

I think you need to go to a suit shop and have your measurements done by a professional. Just go to a Men's Wearhouse and say you need your measurements for a wedding. Then go online and look for clothing that fits. I'm not sure what you're asking because you're talking about shirts yet you're talking about waist size. Most shirts give arm length and neck circumference. Jackets usually will have shoulder width.

And what size pants do you wear currently? Have you never bought a pair of pants or shorts with an actual waist size?
