Bulk CD/DVD Pages

I'm looking for around 100 - 8 capacity - 3 ring CD/DVD pages, but everywhere I look they are at least 1.00 - 1.50 each.

Anybody know of a source which offers these pages in bulk (or in smaller quantity at decent prices) without raping their customers?

Go to the Hot Deals section of Anandtech. People there know to only post hot deals, not things
that are in the wrong forum like "Iwanna" things. So if you do a search, you will only find
hot deals on Bulk CD/DVD pages, unless some moron doesn't know how to read the instructions.
