Buisness software; Syncing; Realtime; mulitple users

Looking for a simple app that can be updated in real time across multiple devices across windows, android, and apple (mobile). Basically looking to handle chores in multiple locations. e.g.:

house 1
= cut lawn, scrape and paint fascia boards

house 2= trim bushes, pull weeds on west side of house, kill moss on sandstone steps

house 3=yard work, remove tree, fix faucet/spicket

and for example if I'm working at house 3 I can update the app when I'm done and all other people will see the update and cross it off the list sorta say.

What is the simplest app that do this?

One note was my first thought, but it's web syncing is wonky. That's better over a network share in on office.

I haven't had an issue with a shared OneNote notebook. I use OneDrive.

Heck, I've had my grocery list open in the store and had my kid adding cereal, donuts, etc., in real time while I shopped.

They didn't get the donuts.... 😀

Meanie! lol j/k

that sounds like a great app... which is it? OneNote? what's OneDrive? same thing?

No, One note is the app you keep your lists in. One drive is the app that it's shared through. It's sort of like MS's version of Drop box.

This. Free also, all of it. They have apps for iOS, Android, and Windows phones. The desktop app will cost money, but using a web browser and OneDrive you can open OneNote files in the web app for basic editing.

If you don't want pretty, just use gdocs .. a spreadsheet would work fine. We used to do it with 10-15 people at once updating a spread sheet when we had the AT LOTTO going on.

Cool. I'll look into that too. Right now I'm trying to see which app is most intuitive with the easiest learning curve. I put aside OneDrive and OneNote right not to see what Google offers. Would Google Calander be accessible to different user accounts? My brother uses an apple phone, and I have an android. I'm thinking of switching to a windows phone next round - don't know if this will make a difference in the apps i choose.
