Building your own cooler

Hello

I'm starting a project, where i'm building a coolr to my Celeron 700. Somebody here, that have experince with that?. If sow.. can't you write about some problems you had etc. The coolor is going to be a normal fan cooler, but it's going to be good, just very loud, i think.
 
I tried with a copper plate, and then put some copper wire going upwards. Was not too noisy, but
1 Not able toplace a fan
2 If the wires moves to a side, and touches the mobo...toasted!
