Building to Overclock

Ok, i own an Athlon 2800+, 1gb Corsair XMS, nVidia 5700 Ultra computer that i bought from Alienware a little while back. However i am quite excited to build my first computer, and i would also like to learn overclocking (because i'm too afraid to do it on my current computer). So what i am trying to do is to make a very cheap computer that i can use to overclock, and use as a backup computer.

Here is a link to what i have on it right now. Tell me what you think, and please give me suggestions.

Link Fixed

That is about my max right now in the way of price.

Thanks.

EDIT: Link Fixed

Well that link links me to microsoft.

However the best value OCing system with no extra features is the shuttle AN35N-Ultra with an AXP-M 2400+ 35watt, and for memory well you dont want to skimp on it so get some high quality, the best stuff out there right now is the crucial ballistix

Nice system, but you may want to get some faster RAM. try some GEIL or OCZ pc-4000 or so. Other than that it looks perfect. You will not regret the NF7-S or the 2400+ (I have them both), but you may want a heavier PSU like This one.

At 142 bucks GEIL pc-4000 is hardly "Extreme RAM". It just provides more head room. I have the memory he first mentioned (except 2*512) and the memory is a limiter for me -granted it works, but pc-4000 is better. My brother on the other hand has the GEIL I mentioned and he gets much better results.
