Building Socket A, need advice for CPU and source.

I am building a Socket A machine and was looking at the KT7/Tbird combo and was wondering where others have bought theirs. Any new things I should know about?

Are overclockable chips still in the OEM channel? I heard somethiong about the L1 bridges not being there or something.

Best CPU heatsink? (The priority here is noise--I would prefer an ALPHA with standard weak fan)

 
Hey Greg, what about a Tbird 900 and ABIT KT7 RAID? Its only about $20 more than the KT7 and has a neat feature for reserve.
