I'm building a new computer and am deciding for a mobo. It's going to be a high-end gaming rig, so I'm not going to skmp any cash on the motherboard. What's a good one you guys can recommend that is Conroe and Crossfire compatible? Also, I'm not in a hurry, have a period of 2-3 weeks before I really start buying parts.

You should rather save your money until you can buy all of them.. You may get a conroe at the end of the month, but what if it is delayed yet another month? Price will keep going down, so you'll end up with part you've pay more for them than they may worth at buying time, or you could have better price at this point for better part that you'll get now..

There's a new asrock board, the asrock775 dual vista for around $66 at supergoodeal that supports conroe.

i prefer the upcoming 965 or 985 Chipset , coz they will have new and better ICH8R southbrigde.
and if the 965P supports Crossfire ,and is cheaper then 975X , then wait for it .

Peace & ciao !!!
