Building new system, need advice for motherboard.

It's been ages since I've built my own computer, and I couldn't even name a single motherboard out there right now. All I know is I want to use an E8400 and HD 4850, everthing else is up in the air.

I'm in Bangkok, so I can't order from the egg, etc., but there are plenty of IT malls around that carry quite a bit. I have only noticed ASUS, Gigabyte, and Intel motherboards on my trips through the malls, though they might have others available, but I'd like to limit any recommendations to those brands.

I'd like to overclock, air only, 3.6GHz would be nice, but price/stabilty are main concerns. I'm looking to spend around $150. I need a board with built in audio, Gb NIC, USB, etc. Firewire would be nice as well, but not required.

Any ideas on a good power supply that won't break the bank would helpfull too.

Need 4GB RAM as well, so any info on DDR2/DDR3 brands and speeds to look for are appreciated.

Basically I want to make a list of motherboards, power supplies, and memory sticks I should be looking for to take to the malls with me and see what's available here.

EDIT: Any experience/recommendations for mid tower cases on the above site?
EDIT2: $1 USD = 33 Thai Baht, so motherboard recommendations should be around 5,000 Baht if your going by these sites.

For a budget gaming pc, those are the best parts.

Look at GA-EP45-DS3L or DS3R or P5Q-E. Most of the P45 boards have the features you want.

As for PSU, look at Fortron, Sparkle, Earthwatts or Corsair 450W-500W.

Any DDR2-800MHZ can do 3.6Ghz. The cpu is x9. So 9 x 400 = 3.6Ghz. Look at 2x2GB kits.
