Building New System : Do these parts play nice together?

CPU : A64 3000+

CASE/PSU : Antec SLK2650-


Motherboard : Chaintech VNF 3-250

Video : Geforce 6800 NU

Ram : 2X Mushkin 512MB PC3200

Now I know there are better cases/PSU combos, but my money is really tight right now and I'm trying to stretch it as far as I can. This system will be purely for gaming...

Oh yeah for HD, I'll be reusing my 80GB WD.

I'd reccomend the 79.00 Corsair memory from Newegg. It's not a big deal, but it's only 10$ difference.

Also, if you don't mind dealing with refurbished products, this K8N Neo Platinum is a very nice motherboard. I don't have much experience with them, but my friend has it and it seems to be very high quality.

Why would you reccomend the corsair over the mushkin? How is the $10 price premium justified?

No thanks on MSI. I don't want anything MSI in my system with their tendency to toast I dont need any extra features like firewire or gigabit on my board so unless you can make a REALLY good case for picking something over that chaintech...
