looks pretty good to me :)

only thing is the video card unless you dont care about dx11 games, than thats good. but i prefer a 5770 since it current and runs more efficient. or wait next month, rumor is a couple new Nvidia cards will be released (possibly the GTX 430) or more announcements will be made.

The forums ate your GPU link, what card were you looking at?

You can combo the CPU and mobo to save $25.

The only change I would make is to get rid of the OCZ PSU (by and large they are cheap junk). I'm not sure what the GPU is, but by badboyee's comments, I am guessing it is a 4870. In that case, I would recommend this Antec 550W.

yeah i had to dissect his video card link and it came out to be the 4870.

for some reason i thought he had a XFX PSU.. but yah ive been hearing OCZ has been having failures on their PSUs lately (i personally dont like their RAM either, didnt work).. here is another PSU to check out from Seasonic :
