Not really, not for general computing. Unless I'm encoding video or running MW2, I have a hard time telling the difference between my 2500K and the G3220, especially with an SSD and running W8.1 (vs W7 on the 2500K)
 
Got the parts today, and had one sucky hiccup... The SeaSonic PSU I bought has short cables designed for top-mount PSU.. the two going to the motherboard were BARELY long enough going direct route, didn't even have the option to route them behind the motherboard...
