Time to upgrade again and didn't realize how things have changed over the past three years. I need your input on hardware I am looking to purchase. Any recommendations would be appreciated (Improvements/things I might be missing?) I have been out of the gaming thing for several years but am looking to start again and was wondering if what I have in mind will be ample to get me back into it.

;)Thanks in Advance!

Everything looks good, MSI has some quality control and ethical marketing/engineering issues. Personaly I would Pick a differant board and a higher quality PSU

nice. i see someone has done their research.
as for memory, you may be albe ot save about $15 by going with g.skill cas2 512mb X 2 kit for around $100. lower latency standard.

edit: never heard of your ps before. what is the amp output fo ti and is it really a decent brand?

You may want to consider a 450W Xclio PSU (32A 12V rails), in place of the PSU that you've listed.

Other than that, the rest of your components are OK.
