Also, I have for years got computers that are around $1200, either built it myself or whatnot. This PC will run me around $3,500 on NewEgg (factor in $700 for the VoyeurMod case and watercooling blocks/etc, so total is 3.5k) I know that is a lot and it probably doesnt make sense, but this is literally why I got a job over the summer, working all the weeks to get my money. Yessir, i am going to quit my job next week, and by then I will have amassed around 4k. I will probably save last $500 for holidays/family stuff/watever.
Think about it this way. You can spend the extra $2000 for another 15-20% performance increase, or you could go with a solid $1500 machine now and completely replace it in two or three years for a 30-40% performance increase. It's doubtful you will notice the difference between 40 FPS and 45 FPS, and this is on the newest of the new games. You might feel the urge to spend now, but take a step back and really look at what it means. $4000 is a lot of money.

If you are that determined to spend so much, here is what I would do. Pick out an amazing monitor and speaker set that you will be able to reuse in 2-3 years (or even longer). Aim for $1800-2000 total for the entire computer. If, in 2-3 years, you find your computer feeling slow, keep your current monitor and speakers and spend another $500-1000 upgrading, or another $1200 on a completely new machine. Your hard earned cash will last you twice (or even three) times as long, and you don't run the risk of huge buyer's remourse a year down the line when your $3500 machine is now a $1000 machine.

Actually, both Aqua-Computer and Innovatek makes waterblocks for the 7950GX2.
