Some of you gotta be from australia? right? well first things first.

i want to build a computer and i go a budget of about 2000$, but i come at 2500$ with pretty basic parts...

So anyway, i made a shopping list at www.auspcmarket.com but they dont have good prices (570.00$ AUD for a AMD 64 X2 3800? GTFO!)

does anyone know were i can get parts for fair prices over here, if i build one on newegg its MUCH cheapers.

goddamn, ram costs 2x as much here, Corsair 1G Value Select costs 90$ on newegg, over here it costs 180$

www.staticice.com.au

Go there to source the best prices Aussie wide for any component. If you plan to build it yourself you can use that to find all parts. I had my system built by Umart on the Gold Coast(good serviceand less than a K from my house), I bought half my parts from them(very competitive prices), and I bought my monitor and GfX card from GameDude in Brisbane (very cheap).

Hope that helps :D

According to staticice, AusPCmarket has the 42nd best price for the X2 :p
