I'm planning to build this system,
MB ASUS P5W-HD
CPU E 6700
HDD SEAGATE BARRACUDA 320GB x 2
MEMORY CORSAIR TWINX PC6400 DDR2 800MHZ 2GB
PSU ULTRA-QUIET PSU: SILENCER® 610 EPS12V
GRAPHIC have not yet decided, was eyeing on X1950XTX, when is it going to be on the market?

Any potential problem that you guys see?
