Building Computer. Advise?

I'm planning to build this system,
MB ASUS P5W-HD
CPU E 6700
HDD SEAGATE BARRACUDA 320GB x 2
MEMORY CORSAIR TWINX PC6400 DDR2 800MHZ 2GB
PSU ULTRA-QUIET PSU: SILENCER® 610 EPS12V
GRAPHIC have not yet decided, was eyeing on X1950XTX, when is it going to be on the market?

Any potential problem that you guys see?

nope looks good.

just make sure you get a p5w-hd with the latest bios --if it is too early your conroe will not post.
