Building an "invisible" file server

Silent
Long term durability (run 24/7 unmaintained for 3+ months at a time)
No thermal or EFI signature

I'm thinking, a mini/micro atx case, and a pair of raided 200gb drives. Silent fans. Rubber grommets between everything to deaden sound. Mylar casing for no heat signature.

Any suggestions? Don't question the application, by the way.

No heat signature is imposible. A very small heat signature is possible with water cooling everything and a remote radiator. After a while, even mylar will glow with heat.

Either way, I think watercooling would keep heat and noise down but at the same time, its going to be kind of a hassle to set that up. See if there are any prebuilt kits for small cases that might save you some trouble.

O and, maybe you can look into mobile platforms too. Aren't some of those Intel ULV chips supposed to only use ~10W?
