I have a budget of about Rs.30k ($500) to build a new PC for multipurpose use, I chose AMD as its cheaper than Intel, so please guide me..
can AMD be power efficient ?
1. I want to do some lite graphics designing, photoshop, gaming, internet browsing, video encoding, etc. PC should be snappy and quick
2. Budget is Rs.30000 i.e. $500, will add about $80 if necessary
3. I live in the center of India, would buy from Flipkart.com or snapdeal.com
4. helpful Links : http://www.flipkart.com/ http://www.snapdeal.com/
5. Brand preference : would avoid ASUS
Whatever is the bang for the bucks(according to your expertise) is my first preference,
ASRock or GB would be preferred for mobo
6. Building a new PC from scratch
7. If the PC gets my work done at defaults clocks, then I would avoid OC-ing
8.A Full HD screen is preferred (my current monitor is 1600x900)
9. plan to build it within a month
X. I can take care of the software, only help is needed to chose the right pieces of hardware
I forgot to mention : the PC should be quiet as a Ninja, or at least as silent as possible (I'm having a bad time with my current very noisy PC)
Thank you Anand for all the facilities !
