Building a Xmas Gift

Hey guys,

This Xmas has been dedicated toward building a computer for my brother. I have a Sony Trinitron Monitor, a 15GB WD ATA/66 HD, a Plextor Burner, and an external Zip Drive. I need to get a new case, a motherboard, CPU, and other such things. Is the Tigerdirect deal good for me? I want an awesome computer, but dont want to spend more than $750. If you guys have any advice, it would be appreciated.
