Hey everybody, i'm building a website for my girlfriend's father. He owns a nissan dealership and the current site is a$$ http://www.bishopnissan.net Well I told him i would revamp it for him (eventually posting it at www.bishopnissan.com) and I've completed the backend part of the site. The question I had regarded the individual specifications for each car...instead of typing in all of the specs I have just grabbed them from another site. It doesnt' seem like i'm stealing anything more than someones typing since they are just factual bits about each model. I don't need to worry about copyright infrigment if I'm just grabbing the text from another site that is completley factual about the vehicles I am working with...right?

thanks :)

don't worry about it. As long as you're not copying someone's review. If you just pull the specs off of the manufacturer's site then you're fine.
