Building a SFF system: slot loading DVD burner?

Looking at either a Q-pack or Antec Minuet for my case. If I settle on the Minuet and set it up vertically, do I need to a slot loading dvd drive? If so, where can I find one? I've looked at the Egg, ZZF and Mwave (my usual faves).

It will be louder and more expensive than a tray drive.

Open one of your drives up...
There are 4 small clips around the tray that will hold a disk in place. 😉
