Building a plexiglass case.

Well, I'm thinking of building a plexiglass case just out of bordem. I have tons and tons of parts laying around. Does anyone have any experience or helpfull sites that I could use. I will use 1/4 plexi and I have a Dremel for all the holes and whatnot. I have expensive hardware that I will put in it and don't want and outside interferance (RF radiation) to damage anything. Any ideas? I know I can build it just by getting the dimensions of an old case. Just wondering I should even try and make the bay drives out of plexi or just use on from another case. Thanks.

I was thinking about doing this but I wanted to build a case theat could house two full computers. I want to mount one mobo on each side, one upside down so all the pci cards are on one side. I'm not sure about rf though.

Well, I could but with the shipping charges and such I would be better off building one for 30 max for all the plexi and screws. Plus I like to build things so it will give some satisfaction that I built it.
