Building a P4 system: what do I need to install..Intel app accel, usb 2 filters etc

I am moving to an Intel platform...I will be installing WinXP Pro with Sp1..will I need to intel app accel, usb 2.0 drivers etc....are there chipset drivers needed as well like VIA 4n1????
 
At the very least you'll need the Intel chipset drivers and if you need USB 2.0 support you'll also need the USB drivers, although USB 1.x devices will work just fine without them.

I don't bother with the Intel application accelerator and instead use Microsoft Windows' built in IDE drivers.
