As far as the PSU goes you might try looking at the ati site for certified PSU that will work for the x2. Just click on the "View Certified Power Supplies from all vendors" link and check for ones that list the x2.

Save some money on the motherboard and don't spend over $150. There are some amazing P35 boards at that price that will give you everything you need.
