Building a new computer, stuck already.

I got all the parts. I went to an internet site for tips.
It said install the power supply first.
I started reading the manual for the supply.
The first thing it said was read throught the manual in its entirety.

Now I have to learn German French, Italian and Spanish before I can proceed.
Oh well, at least there wasn't a Japanese section. I heard that's real hard to learn.
